Manages real-time attendance for the entire company while providing communication to leadership to make sure there is appropriate staffing coverage for an inbound and outbound call center environment. Communicates with employees to recruit for staffing coverage when needed. Assist Supervisors with any necessary reports to help with trending or payroll reconciliation. This is a non-clinical position.
